What we do

NE Fitness Broome offers an inclusive, clean and climate-controlled fitness facility for year-round use.

Our programs are a fusion of Olympic Lifting, Metabolic Conditioning and Body Weight movements to elevate your functional fitness. 

Our qualified coaches are there to ensure you have sound mechanics, consistent movements and appropriate intensity, giving you a safe and secure place to exercise.

Our workouts are different every day and can be modified to help each athlete achieve their goals and adapted for people at any age and level of fitness.

If group classes are not for you or you have more specific goals we offer personal training and small group sessions with specialised programs that suit you.

We are here to help with any needs you have.

Get Started

Get Started with us

New to training programs that include Olympic Lifting? 

We can get you started with a 90min Fundamentals Session at $100 or FREE* when you join a membership.

This session covers the fundamentals of the Squatting and Pressing series, learn to Clean & Jerk / Snatch and build confidence with a barbell. We will discuss our programs and find the best options to suit you.

Have experience and want to jump in to give us a trial before sign up?

You can purchase a DROP IN session or 5/10 PACK just text or email us.

*Fundamentals payment required up front and will be discounted off membership over 10 instalments*


Whether you want to train with us every day, supplement our classes with other recreational exercise or simply want to get up and move with others a couple of days a week.

We have a range of options to help you achieve your goals.

Personal Training

Our 45min personal training options are perfect if you have an injury that requires a little more personalised attention or you want to invest in upgrading your skills with our trainers.
All your sessions will be suited to your needs and are specifically programmed
to your long or short term goals.

2:1 Session

Work with our trainer in a private area to reach your personal fitness goals, learn skills in the gym environment, work on a recovery program from an injury or to get more familiar with what we do in our group classes.

Youth Programs

Our Kids and Teens programming focuses on functional movement while keeping it FUN, helping to develop a lifelong love of fitness. We keep our classes based on the principle of mechanics, consistency, and then intensity, leading to enhanced sports performance with fewer injuries and imbalances.
